1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with YUHONGSEN TRADING LIMITED, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms that govern our B2B trading relationship.

2. B2B Wholesale Only

Our services are exclusively for registered businesses and wholesale buyers. We do not engage in retail transactions.

3. Trade Operations

• All transactions require mutual agreement on pricing, quantities, and delivery terms
• Minimum order quantities apply as specified in individual trade agreements
• Logistics and compliance terms are negotiated per transaction

4. Product Quality

We conduct quality inspections before shipment. However, final product approval is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend requesting samples before placing large orders.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each transaction. Standard terms include advance payment and balance upon shipment confirmation.

6. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
